ABOUT ME

I am a heart based person - meaning, I lead first with heart.  My goal when I engage with others is to create a safe space for dialogue.  Safe doesn't mean "avoid conflict" or that there won't be challenging conversations, but it does mean that together we have share confidence of regard and trust so that difficult topics can be discussed without fear and for the maximum outcome.

My mission is to help people and businesses identify and develop skills that build  personal resilience, leadership eminence,  and impact the bottom line.
