When you sign up and provide your email contact information, I will send you a link and password to the assessment site. Plan on about 30 minutes of uninterrupted time to take the assessment. When it is completed, and I’m sure our appointment time is set up, I will forward the assessment to you. It’s 56 pages of rich content explanation and graphs on your DISC (behaviors) style, Driving Forces (Motivators) style, and your EQ analysis. Then we will spend two 50-minute web calls on Zoom and I will take you through a thorough explanation of the content, and how and why it is relevant to your career. You will come away knowing more about your strengths, and opportunities for future development, and how you might approach your development opportunities in a way that best fits your style.
