By blending behaviors and motivators together in an integrated section, you will gain critical insights into the collective “how” and “why” of your actions. These reports consist of two sciences: DISC and Driving Forces. Your behaviors and motivators matter because they dictate your ability to communicate with others, manage your time, and understand others’ preferences for the same.
Personal Skills DNA®
Our DNA Personal Skills assessment measures your transferable job skills, which you have learned and developed through your education, career, and work experience. You can think of these as “soft skills” because they apply in all work environments. There are 25 skills measured in this report, such as Personal Accountability, Leadership, Continuous Learning, Interpersonal Skills, and Decision Making. These matter because there is an incredibly high correlation between your transferable job skills and career success.
Our TriMetrix HD assessment measures your acumen through Dr. Robert S. Hartman’s theory of Axiology. This is the study of your values and judgments, or how you analyze and interpret experiences. You may wish to think of the Acumen Capacity Index as the 30,000 foot view of the respondent. In the final section of your complete TriMetrix HD report, we take a much narrower view of the individual, in terms of 25 business related competencies needed at some level of mastery for different positions. Identifying your acumen and helping you understand how to analyze and interpret experiences will lead you to higher levels of performance.
Our EQ assessment measures your emotional intelligence. This is your ability to understand and apply the power of emotions, in order to create higher levels of collaboration and productivity. Emotional intelligence is comprised of five dimensions: Self Awareness, Self Regulation, Intrinsic Motivation, Social Awareness, and Social Skills. Emotional intelligence matters because the majority of top performers have high EQ, whereas a much smaller fraction of top performers have low EQ.
