G. Lynne Snead, CPBA, CPVA, CPTA, Founder

20 years of consulting to major organizations as a project management specialist, Lynne realized that most often project and career success occurred when the right people were in the right jobs, when talent and work aligned, and when individuals and teams were willing to consider professional growth and development one of their highest governing values.

Lynne Authored To Do, Doing, Done: A Creative Approach to Project Management and Effectively Finishing What Matters Most, with co-author Joyce Wycoff (Simon and Schuster, 1997), and The Project Management Scorecard, with co-authors Jack Phillips and Tim Bothel (Butterworth-Heinemann, 2002).

Lynne is a Certified Behavioral Analyst, Certified Professional Values Analyst, and Certified Professional Axiological and TriMetrix™ Analyst.  Lynne has a graduate degree in corporate coaching.  She served on the Board of Directors for the Innovation Network – a network of consultants focused on innovation and creativity in business.  She has taught Learning Skills at the University of Utah, and she has a background in both Educational Psychology and Data Processing.

Diana spent the last 17 years providing HR guidance and leadership to various organizations with an expertise in recruiting and selecting top talent in addition to coaching individuals on career and professional development.  She specializes in leveraging highly validated assessment tools, training and coaching protocols to help organizations select, integrate, develop, and retain top performers.
